The rooms were luxurious and well-equipped, providing all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel's location by the lakeside offered a serene and picturesque setting. The buffet dinner at the restaurant was delicious, offering a variety of Chinese dishes that I thoroughly enjoyed. The fitness area had top-notch equipment, perfect for a workout enthusiast like myself. Despite a few minor issues, like a smoky smell in the non-smoking room and extra charges for certain activities, the overall experience was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and relaxing stay.

This hotel provides an exceptional luxurious experience with exclusive amenities that meet all our needs. the service was impeccable and the Spa & wellness centre is one of the best we've ever been to. the indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi and Massage services were absolute highlights and left us feeling relaxed. Additionally, the outdoor swimming pool provided us with stunning views and sun loungers for basking in the sun.

The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of BBQ facilities available, which would have been a perfect complement to the beautiful garden area. Despite this, overall, our experience here was an amazing one with top-notch service, impeccable amenities, and a truly luxurious stay.

Amazing Christmas experience! The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The complimentary peppermint hot chocolate and cookies in the lobby were a great touch. The location is perfect, right on the water with breathtaking views. We walked to nearby shops and restaurants. The pool and hot tub were also a highlight, very relaxing after a day of exploring.
